This Privacy Policy describes the information handled in connection with CleanSky - Junk Cleaner (the “App”). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the App. The policy applies to the App’s cleaning tools, file and application management, notification organization, device information, and supporting advertising and measurement services.

We aim to carry out file scans, item selection, cleaning, notification organization, and device checks on your device where reasonably practicable. Some supporting functions involve information processed by us or by service providers. The sections below explain these distinctions and the choices available to you.

1. Information handled by the App

Device details and usage records

The App and its integrated services may use device and application information to operate correctly, maintain compatibility, deliver advertisements, measure use, and investigate faults. This may include:

  • Hardware model, Android version, display characteristics, selected language, time zone, country or region, connection type, mobile carrier, and the SIM country ISO code.
  • Application version and package identifier, installation source, launch state, screens visited, buttons selected, feature entry points, session or activity duration, error codes, crashes, and performance records.
  • Advertising identifiers and records of ad requests, available ad inventory or fills, displays, clicks, dismissals, delivery errors, and aggregated advertising revenue.
  • Push delivery identifiers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens, for receiving and managing notifications.

Files, media, and storage

After you grant the relevant access, tools such as Junk Clean, Large Files, and Screenshot management can examine local files, media, and storage information made available by Android. The App can then present categories, item totals, sizes, selections, and cleaning outcomes on your device.

We do not intentionally send the contents of your personal files, screenshot thumbnails, or complete file paths off your device. Removing files, cleaning selected items, and uninstalling applications are actions you initiate, subject to the permission and confirmation mechanisms required by Android.

Installed applications and processes

Where Android allows it, App Manager and App Process may obtain application names and icons, package details, installation dates, application sizes, and information about running state or memory use. These details support application lists, available management actions, and device-status displays.

The App does not upload your full inventory of installed applications unless a different practice is clearly disclosed. Usage measurement is limited to information needed for the relevant event, such as the feature or entry point, outcome, combined item counts, or an error condition.

Notifications

Notification Blocker becomes available only when you enable the necessary system access, such as Notification Access. It may examine which application issued a notification, how many notifications are present, their timing, and their status so that notifications can be organized or cleared locally.

We do not intentionally upload notification messages or images, conversations, contact contents, or account contents. You can turn off the associated access in Android settings.

On-device settings and temporary information

Local storage may hold your language preference, the state of permission or rating guidance, home-screen widget setup, advertising cache, notification presentation settings, previous display times, selected items, and scan progress. These records help the App resume a flow and avoid showing the same guidance unnecessarily.

2. Why information is used

Information described in this policy supports the following activities:

  • Operating file scans, review and deletion, screenshot organization, application and process review, notification management, device-status displays, widgets, and foreground notification functions.
  • Determining whether a permission is available, presenting relevant guidance, and responding to your decision to grant or refuse access.
  • Requesting and caching advertisements, displaying and dismissing them, handling delivery problems, and measuring advertising revenue.
  • Delivering or managing local notifications, ongoing foreground notifications, and FCM-related push messages.
  • Understanding screen and feature use, investigating button and workflow outcomes, diagnosing errors, and maintaining performance and reliability.
  • Meeting legal, platform, and security obligations and addressing fraud, misuse, or abuse of the service.

3. Advertising and your preferences

Advertising helps support the App. Ad formats can include app-open, interstitial, and native placements, as well as other formats supplied by advertising partners.

Ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits, fraud checks, and maintenance may involve device details, IP addresses, an approximate location derived from network information, activity within the App, ad interaction and delivery records, diagnostic information, and identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID when available.

Whether an advertisement is personalized depends on factors including your region, consent choices, device settings, and the partner’s configuration. Where consent is required, a consent-management process may ask for your preferences and record and apply them before or during use of advertising services. Where an option is provided, you can revisit those choices. Android settings may also let you manage advertising preferences or reset or delete your advertising identifier.

Advertising providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Providers that may be used include Google AdMob, Meta, Liftoff, Mintegral, Pangle, and AppLovin.

4. Permissions and system access

The access requested depends on the tool you choose and the Android version and capabilities of your device. Relevant permissions or capabilities may include:

  • Storage and media access: examining, listing, and deleting accessible junk files, large files, or screenshots.
  • Notification Access: reading notification-related information and organizing or clearing notifications through Notification Blocker.
  • Permission to post notifications: displaying local, ordinary, foreground, or push notifications.
  • Application information access: showing application details, sizes, running status, and management options permitted by Android.
  • Home-screen widget support: adding and displaying the App’s widget.

You control permissions through Android settings. Refusing or revoking access may prevent a related tool from working or cause it to display a limited alternative.

5. Integrated services and disclosures

The App may use third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, attribution, push delivery, crash investigation, and remote configuration. These services may include:

  • Google Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
  • Google AdMob
  • Google Play Services
  • Adjust
  • Meta
  • Liftoff
  • Mintegral
  • Pangle
  • AppLovin

Depending on the service, a provider may process device or advertising identifiers, application information, advertising or attribution events, crash records, or performance measurements. Its own SDK practices and privacy policy govern its processing. We seek to limit disclosures to what the service needs and configure services consistently with relevant privacy and platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed with your permission or as part of a feature you choose; to deliver the supporting services described above; to meet a legal obligation, legal proceeding, or regulatory request; or to protect our rights or the rights and safety of users and others. A merger, acquisition, financing transaction, or transfer of assets may also involve information, with continued protection for user information.

6. Retention and removal

Scan findings, item selections, and the state of notification organization are kept mainly on your device. Temporary records can be refreshed or removed when you finish a feature, exit a screen, complete cleaning, or clear the cache.

Information connected with advertising, usage analysis, attribution, crashes, or push delivery may be retained by us or the relevant provider for as long as needed for the service, its configuration, security, and compliance purposes.

You can remove local App data using Android settings or uninstall the App. For questions or requests about information handled in connection with the App, email dazetripper@gmail.com.

7. Safeguards

We apply reasonable organizational and technical precautions. These include reducing unnecessary transfers, favoring on-device handling of files and notification content where possible, avoiding uploads of sensitive details, using Android’s permission controls, and limiting access through SDK and backend settings.

Storage systems and communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Maintaining your device, system account, and access settings is also your responsibility.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children. We do not knowingly obtain personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information through the App can notify us at dazetripper@gmail.com.

9. Your controls and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask us to provide access to, correct, delete, or restrict the use of information associated with the App. Please send requests to the contact address below.

You can also use Android settings to change App permissions, notification access, and advertising identifier or personalization settings, clear local data, or uninstall the App. If an advertising consent option is available in your region, you may use it to review or revise your choice.

10. Policy revisions

This policy may be revised when our tools, service providers, legal requirements, or platform rules change. A revision will carry an updated effective date and be made available within the App, on the website, or by another reasonable method.
